1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phdarna ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with your access to and use of the phdarna website located at phdarna.one and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on phdarna, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their current form. phdarna reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with phdarna's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and phdarna.

2.Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on phdarna, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law governing gambling and gaming activities. phdarna strictly enforces this age requirement and conducts mandatory age verification on all accounts.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other non-natural legal persons are not eligible to hold player accounts.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of account registration and gameplay, or in a jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be included on any self-exclusion register maintained by phdarna, PAGCOR, or any other recognised gaming regulatory body.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of phdarna or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

3.Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on phdarna. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. phdarna will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify phdarna's customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, compromise of your credentials, or any security breach affecting your account.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

phdarna processes deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All transactions are conducted through phdarna's approved payment methods, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, and selected Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank). The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your phdarna account balance immediately upon successful processing by the payment provider. phdarna is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, e-wallet providers, or banking institutions.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes for fully verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. phdarna reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays.

Anti-Money Laundering: All financial transactions on phdarna are monitored for compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. phdarna reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits or withdrawals that exceed applicable PAGCOR-mandated thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in suspension of the relevant transaction or account.

Funds deposited into your phdarna account are held for gaming purposes only and may not be transferred to third-party accounts. phdarna does not pay interest on account balances.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

phdarna may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. The availability, terms, and conditions of any promotion are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Each promotion offered by phdarna is subject to specific terms including, but not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bonus amounts, time limits, and minimum odds requirements for sports betting promotions. These specific terms will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered and shall apply in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• phdarna reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if it reasonably suspects abuse, misuse, or exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously.
• In the event of any inconsistency between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

6.Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on phdarna are operated using certified and independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino games, physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in professionally supervised studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by these certified systems and are not subject to manipulation by phdarna or any third party.

By participating in any game on phdarna, you acknowledge and accept that all game decisions made by the platform's certified systems are final. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, phdarna's recorded game logs constitute the definitive record and shall be used to resolve any discrepancy.

Technical malfunctions, whether affecting the player's device, internet connection, or phdarna's own systems, void all plays and bets in the affected round. phdarna will not honour bets placed or results recorded during a technical malfunction. Affected funds will be returned to the player's account balance.

Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game within the phdarna game lobby. Published RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual player or gaming session.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phdarna and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using any software, algorithm, bot, artificial intelligence tool, or other automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in phdarna's platform or games.
• Colluding with other players, including but not limited to sharing cards, signals, or information in live casino or poker games.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity using phdarna's platform.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or disputed funds to deposit.
• Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any reason, including to circumvent self-exclusion, claim multiple bonuses, or avoid account restrictions.
• Engaging in any activity that phdarna, in its sole and reasonable discretion, determines to be detrimental to the integrity of its games, platform, or other players.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the phdarna platform, including but not limited to the phdarna name, logo, trademarks, game content, software, user interface designs, text, graphics, images, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of phdarna or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phdarna platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other use is permitted without prior written authorisation from phdarna.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any phdarna content or software for any purpose other than your personal use of the platform as intended.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdarna and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

phdarna's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their phdarna account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phdarna makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

10.Privacy & Data Protection

phdarna collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to phdarna's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phdarna will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unauthorised third parties. However, phdarna may share your information with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, anti-money laundering authorities, and other regulatory bodies as required by applicable Philippine law or as necessary to investigate suspected fraud or illegal activity.

11.Responsible Gaming

phdarna is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. Gaming on phdarna is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It should never be viewed as a means to generate income, solve financial problems, or escape personal difficulties.

phdarna provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

12.Suspension & Termination

phdarna reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the player.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or dishonest activity, including money laundering, identity fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Player's request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Direction from PAGCOR, a court of competent jurisdiction, or any other regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Any other circumstance that phdarna, in its reasonable judgement, determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Upon account closure for any reason, phdarna will return any remaining balance to the player's verified payment method, less any amounts owed by the player to phdarna and subject to applicable regulatory holds. Where an account is closed due to proven fraud or Terms breach, phdarna may forfeit outstanding balances to the extent permitted by law.

13.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the phdarna Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are strongly encouraged to contact phdarna's customer support team to resolve the dispute informally. phdarna is committed to addressing all player concerns promptly and fairly. The majority of disputes can be resolved through direct communication with the phdarna support team within 5–10 business days.

Where a dispute involves a matter within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, players may also refer their complaint to PAGCOR through its established complaint resolution channels.

14.Amendments to These Terms

phdarna reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, phdarna will notify you via email to your registered address or via an on-screen notification upon your next login, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the phdarna platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure at no charge.

The version of the Terms in force at any given time is the version currently published on the phdarna website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
